I have been thinking of some cyclocross-inspired doodles for a while, mainly because the word “cyclocross” seemed to afford a few good pun and suffer-face opportunities. I was at a vintage clothes “kilo sale” earlier, where you buy your purchases by weight, when an old “Dig For Victory” poster caught my eye. My brain inserted the word “in” and a few hours later it was complete.
